I'm not sure if you remember me or not but I trained with you as part of my pre-season basketball training in high school. I haven't been back to Londonderry very much since leaving for school at East Carolina University and now I am about to graduate with my BS as a Health Fitness Specialist. I wanted to contact you and say THANK YOU for inspiring me to find my passion and really open my eyes to a career that I already love. You were the first personal trainer and coach that I had that really opened my eyes to a style of training that would eventually become my passion and my future career path. I definitely attribute my drive to become a personal trainer, fitness coach, and instructor to the life-changing training sessions I had with you. Thank you so much again for everything, and my apologies for this email being long overdue but with the upcoming graduation and the strides I'm making it to make it in this field I wanted to thank you for inspiring me to pursue a career in health and fitness. Hope everything is still going well at Training Effects and next time I'm in town I'm definitely going to make a point to stop in and say hello!

When a muscle is injured, you have to find out why that happened and what led to the injury. Read More
