
BS Exercise Physiology, Northeastern University. With more than 13 years experience as a personal trainer, Billy established Training Effects in 2001. His vision was to create a facility where he could provide dedicated one on one personal training to his clients without the distractions or intimidation of the typical gym atmosphere.
Billy specializes in extreme weight loss, and works with several clients whom he has help to lose more than 100lbs. He teaches dedication, hard work and maintaining focus on the end result to help his clients achieve their goals. Whether someone has 20, 50 or 150 lbs. to lose, Billy is able to provide the inspiration and understanding to make that person's dream a reality.
A former co-captain of the Londonderry high football team, Billy is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he was the co-captain of the Division 1 AA football team and three-time recipient of the Strength and Conditioning Award. He still holds the Northeastern Football program records for both Bench Press and Squats as well as holding the 40 yard dash record at 4.48 seconds.
In addition to his collegiate sports career, Billy played semi-professional football for the Granite State Warriors and was elected to the Pro Bowl in 1996. He has competed and placed 3rd in the Granite State Challenge Amateur Body Building Competition and is proud to have trained both NCAA and professional athletes in a variety of sports.

Certifications: NASM, NSCA-CPT, I.A.R.T., APEX. Michael has over ten years experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in sports-specific and strength and conditioning training for young athletes and active adults. Michael uses functional training techniques to achieve overall core stability while also developing the specific muscle groups necessary for the client's preferred sport.
Michael’s clients are more than fit; in fact, several recently climbed Mt. Everest (Nepal) and Mt. Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) thanks to their dedication and training. Whatever his client’s goals are, Michael is able to make them attainable.

Certifications: Associates Degree in Exercise Science, CPR & AED Certified. Wes has many years experience in both the fitness and nutrition industries. He is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine and has experience with professional athletics through the Nashua Pride Baseball Club.
Wes is the resident Nutritionist at Training Effects, offering counseling services for all clients, from weight loss seekers to athletes looking for better endurance and performance. Wes is the most recent addition to the Training Effects staff and has great experience helping clients with a variety of goals achieve success. Wes specializes in training young athletes looking to improve strength and conditioning as well as speed, agility and quickness.

David A. Robitaille
Licensed Massage Therapist
David has 9 years experience in Massage Therapy, specializing in sports injuries and rehabilitation therapies. David’s forte is in deep tissue reconditioning and joint repair. Prior to joining Training Effects David worked 7 years at a local chiropractic office in New Hampshire as well as treating individuals in their homes for acute and chronic impairment.
David spent 3 years in Hawaii learning many forms of massage and healing therapies before he chose to focus his expertise in deep tissue. He has extensive training in rotator cuff and neck injuries which has proven to be the mainstay of his work and efforts. We believe David’s experience and knowledge is a great addition to Training Effects to round out the individuals overall health.
