
Billy Eacrett
BS Exercise Physiology, Northeastern University. With more than 15 years experience as a personal trainer, Billy established Training Effects in 2001. His vision was to create a facility where he could provide dedicated one on one personal training to his clients without the distractions or intimidation of the typical gym atmosphere.
Billy specializes in extreme weight loss, and works with several clients whom he has help to lose more than 100lbs. He teaches dedication, hard work and maintaining focus on the end result to help his clients achieve their goals. Whether someone has 20, 50 or 150 lbs. to lose, Billy is able to provide the inspiration and understanding to make that person's dream a reality.
A former co-captain of the Londonderry high football team, Billy is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he was the co-captain of the Division 1 AA football team and three-time recipient of the Strength and Conditioning Award. He still holds the Northeastern University Football program records for both Bench Press and Squats as well as holding the 40 yard dash record at 4.48 seconds.
In addition to his collegiate sports career, Billy played semi-professional football for the Granite State Warriors and was elected to the Pro Bowl in 1996. He has competed and placed 3rd in the Granite State Challenge Amateur Body Building Competition and is proud to have trained both NCAA and professional athletes in a variety of sports.
