The definition of Strength is “degree of intensity, force, effectiveness, or potency”.  My time at Training Effects has provided me with strength not only in body but mind and spirit as well.  As the months have passed I felt the physical change and a mental change.  The atmosphere is warm and makes everybody feel comfortable regardless of size, shape or ability.  Everyone is encouraged to work hard and meet their personal goals.  I have been lucky to be paired with Rachael as my personal trainer.  Rachael is strong, smart and encouraging.  She makes me want to achieve my goals and gives me the tools to get there.  Her spirit and fortitude make working out both fun and challenging.  I have also enjoyed the circuit training with her on Tuesday and Thursday nights.  I never would have imaging that carrying logs and running sprints could actually be FUN!   I look forward to my time at Training Effects and the future possibilities are endless thanks to the great staff.
