As former collegiate and semi-professional athletes, we understand the importance of easy-to-use, comfortable weight equipment that can suit a variety of workouts.
We offer Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Weights, as well as Cybex and LifeFitness weight machines. Our free weight area offers various sizes and grips suitable for all types of strength conditioning exercises.
In addition to our 42-inch plasma television screens, our clients enjoy working out to tunes and talk on 160 commercial-free digital channels.
At the end of a long, hard training session, our private showers and changing rooms provide space and solitude to prepare to go out face the rest of the world and our new juice bar offers refreshing, nutritious options to keep your metabolism going.
