
Program Description: Many children come home from school and sit down to play video games, watch television and most often eat junk food. These childhood habits can soon become habits of adulthood that lead to obesity and its related illnesses.
Our program counters this trend by teaching children the habits of good health and motivating them to run, jump and move to encourage their physical growth and development. Our trainers ensure that the classes are fun and challenging, yet never intimidating, and work to build a child's confidence as well as strength, flexibility, endurance and agility.

Program Description: Children need a variety of activities to occupy their minds and bodies when school is out. Whether your child is a varsity athlete in the making, or just needs to get out and have some fun, our summer programs will have them moving and doing in a fun and healthy environment.
